Expanding amenities and housing opportunities within the Iowa Great Lakes region will lead to a more robust workforce. New residents will drive demand for local businesses, subsequently boosting profits and tax revenue. The Spirit of Okoboji development project envisions offering diverse housing options, a state-of-the-art sports complex for year-round activities, educational and museum facilities, and a variety of recreational amenities to cater to the evolving needs of the area's residents and visitors.
